The Green New Deal is an ambitious international plan for climate and economic justice, but it must be tailored to and rooted in local areas to work for everyone across the economy and garner widespread support. This session will give participants the space to think big for their local area and unlock the best ideas. The ideas that participants come up with can be channelled into policy formation for your local Green New Deal organising, as well as acting as an entry point for recruiting new activists.
