With the dust still settling on the recent Unite General Secretary election, this session looks to learn how Sharon Graham’s campaign team organised to win. The “back to the workplace” slogan promised a move towards increased organisation and campaigns. What does this election result mean for the huge challenges facing one of Britain & Ireland’s biggest unions? Importantly too, what needs to happen next?
