From the refusal to recognise the legitimacy of colonial courts to the difficulties of challenging the reality of the occupation, how can lawyers work with activists to develop a strategy of rupture with the status quo?

Fahad Ansari is a practising solicitor with over 15 years of immigration, asylum and nationality law experience. He specialises in complex cases involving EU law, criminal deportation, terrorism and national security, political asylum, human rights claims and citizenship challenges.
