The word "community" gets used a lot these days: community organising, community wealth building, community owned, community led, but all too often the term "community" can be double-edged. In this session we will unpack the uses and misuses of community whether by corporate cooption or for political expediency, and who gets left out of the conversation.

Particpants/Speakers:
Frances is a Bradford-born community organiser with decades of experience working on community economic development. She is the Principal Director for Local Economies at the New Economics Foundation.
