Organising around and organising against sexual violence

Informed by findings from the University and College Union’s first member-led research task group, this interactive session is for all activists committed to a world without sexual violence. Participants will leave the session armed with ideas and practical tools on how to tackle sexual violence both within the left and more widely in a survivor-centred way.

General Secretary of the University and Colleges Union (UCU) and senior lecturer in employment relations

Head of Equalities and Strategy at the Trades Union Congress (TUC). Formerly a primary school Head Teacher and a national negotiating official at the NASUWT.

President-elect of UCU, worker in further education, and a trade union educator.
